Westward Housing Group
Anesco has worked with Westward Housing Group to improve the energy efficiency of tenant properties.
Project Outline
Around 70 homes have been fitted with external wall insulation (EWI), which helps to improve the energy efficiency and appearance of the properties, while reducing carbon emissions and energy costs.
Westward Housing Group, which encompasses Tarka Housing and Westcountry Housing, provides more than 6,500 affordable homes across the south west of England. Anesco has a long standing relationship with the Group, having advised and managed a number of projects aimed at tackling fuel poverty and improving the energy efficiency of the organisation.
