Justin Claxton appointed Director of AnescoMeter

Justin Claxton has been appointed as Director of AnescoMeter at national energy efficiency solutions company Anesco.
In his new role Justin will be responsible for driving growth for this important part of the business which offers complete protection for investments made in renewable energy installations.
An operations and maintenance system unique to Anesco, AnescoMeter currently monitors almost 300MW of renewable energy plants across the UK.
Married with three children, 45 year old Justin has an impressive record in the energy sector stretching back for almost 10 years. Latterly, in his role as Managing Director and Vice President of International Sales at Chinese inverter manufacturer Samil Power, he was responsible for ensuring Samil Power was the market leading PV Inverter brand for 2013 and 2014 gaining the EUPD Research award – the first and only Asian inverter brand to date to receive this award. Alongside this achievement, Samil Power became the largest exporter of PV inverters from China for the last two years.
Previously Justin was Head of Micro Renewables at Scottish and Southern Energy and before that he enjoyed a spell as Head of National Business, SSE Contracting.
On joining Anesco, he said: “These are exciting times for the sector in general and Anesco in particular. As market leader my challenge is to continue to drive the growth of the AnescoMeter business which in so many ways underpins our business model.
“It’s this product and service which helps our customers maximise system output and return on their investment, which includes FiT and RHI payments.”
Adrian Pike, CEO of Anesco, said: “Justin’s track record speaks for itself. Establishing a major brand across Europe is something he should be incredibly proud of and it is this skill set, experience and ambition which will serve Anesco well as we continue to push forward.”
