The First Time Central Heating (FTCH) Checklist has been designed to assess whether the replacement central heating system would qualify under the ECO3 scheme as first-time central heating.
Installers are reminded that the checklist should be completed for first time boiler installations under ECO3, and can include renewable heating systems, or district heating.
The following was sent to installers on 5th January 2021.
Anesco has now reached the deadline for the use of the FTCH checklist.
Please note that for any FTCH measures with a handover date on or after 1st January 2021 will require a FTCH, which can be found on Ofgem’s website or click HERE.
This checklist should be used to record the assessment and installation information for all FTCH measures and will replace the ESCL and BACL for FTCH measures.
Ofgem will shortly be updating the BACL and ESCL to remove the reference to FTCH.
For your information, the new document code for the checklist is FTCL.
If you require further information, please contact your business development manager or the ECO team on 0845 894 4444.
